Our client, located in Oakville, is in need of a Financial/Accounting Analyst for a 6 month contract!

What you will do:

• Provide in-depth analysis of business unit financial results and ensure the accuracy of these results
• Provide in-depth analysis of business unit procedures
• Provide recommendations as to business process improvements
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and effective
• Document business procedures
• Assist in the implementation of new project management software

What you will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience in an accounting role
• Accounting Designation preferred (CMA, CGA)
• Previous experience in an analytical role is a MUST
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Manipulating data) - will be tested  
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
